1. Publisher and contact
OGEMEX Intel and the OGEMEX Regulatory Monitor are published by OGEMEX Intel / OGEMEX Regulatory Monitor, c/o Landmark Global Partners, 2nd Floor Berkeley Square House, Mayfair, London W1J 6BD, United Kingdom. General correspondence: partner@landmarkglobalpartners.uk.
2. The service
The professional edition contains a curated obligations register, a published editorial scoring methodology, source links, exposure and evidence tools, deadline and enforcement views, implementation and gap records, board outputs and related exports. The accompanying Regulatory Monitor provides periodic written analysis of selected developments. Coverage is selective and does not claim to contain every rule, jurisdiction, sector or change relevant to an organisation.
3. Professional limits
The service provides general regulatory intelligence, compliance education and internal planning support. It does not constitute legal, tax, audit, accounting, financial or investment advice. Landmark Global Partners is a strategic advisory and compliance-intelligence consultancy and is not represented by this service as a solicitors' firm. Obtain appropriately authorised advice on your own facts, jurisdiction, transaction and reporting perimeter.
4. Currency and verification
Each compilation carries a date and may become stale. The deadline clock recalculates elapsed time, but that does not verify that the underlying date remains legally current. Scores are editorial prioritisation aids based on the published factors and applicability baseline; they are not legal conclusions, organisational ratings or predictions of enforcement. Check the linked primary source, competent authority and local implementation before relying on an entry.
5. Your profile, calculations and outputs
The exposure profiler and worksheet depend on information and assumptions you provide. They do not model every threshold, exemption, group-structure issue, phase-in rule, relief or local practice. Readiness selections are management self-assessments, not audit findings. You are responsible for reviewing any board paper, CSV, calendar file, saved footprint or other output before circulation, signature or reliance.
6. Membership, delivery and cancellation
The £39 membership and any renewal cycle, tax, refund or other commercial terms are those displayed at the point of purchase. Purchase and digital delivery are administered through Gumroad. Members manage access, renewal and cancellation through their receipt or Gumroad Library. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not retrospectively create a right to a refund unless the checkout terms or applicable law require one.
Access to the professional dashboard requires the Gumroad licence key issued for the purchase. The gateway may re-verify membership periodically and refuse access after the membership ends, payment fails, the purchase is refunded or disputed, or the licence is disabled. A temporary grace period may apply where Gumroad's verification service is unavailable and the membership was successfully verified recently.
7. Licence and permitted use
Subject to payment and the licence stated at checkout, the purchaser may use the professional dashboard, Monitor and generated outputs for the internal business purposes of the purchasing organisation, including circulation to its directors, employees, auditors and professional advisers who need them for that purpose. Individual OGEMEX Index scores may be quoted externally when the full citation line, assessment date, baseline and methodology version are retained.
You must not resell, publish, scrape, bulk-extract, redistribute or create a competing database from the register, source tables, methodology, Monitor or substantial parts of the service without written permission. The licence key, session and subscriber delivery links must not be shared outside the licensed organisation or beyond the number of seats purchased.
8. Intellectual property and third-party material
The OGEMEX Regulatory Impact Index, methodology, selection and arrangement of the register, interface, written analysis and branded outputs are protected intellectual property of Landmark Global Partners or its licensors. Third-party names, marks and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply association, approval or endorsement.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be corrected, expanded, reduced, recompiled or temporarily unavailable. Material methodological changes are versioned. Factual corrections are recorded in the corrections log. No promise is made that every feature, source or obligation will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.
10. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that qualification, you accept responsibility for decisions, filings, disclosures, transactions and board materials made using the service. The service should not be treated as the sole control for identifying legal duties or deadlines. Any liability limitation shown at checkout or in a separately agreed engagement applies in addition to these terms.
11. Corrections, complaints and permissions
Send a correction, complaint or permission request to partner@landmarkglobalpartners.uk. For a regulatory-entry correction, identify the obligation ID, the contested statement, the primary source and the correction requested.
12. Governing law
These terms and non-contractual matters arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdictional rights that apply. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
