1. Who is responsible for your information
The controller is OGEMEX Intel / OGEMEX Regulatory Monitor, c/o Landmark Global Partners, 2nd Floor Berkeley Square House, Mayfair, London W1J 6BD, United Kingdom. Privacy enquiries and rights requests should be sent to partner@landmarkglobalpartners.uk.
2. Information processed by the dashboard
Your exposure profile, readiness selections, organisation name, control mappings and worksheet figures are processed locally by the code running in your browser. The dashboard does not transmit those entries to Landmark Global Partners. They are cleared when the browser tab or local session is cleared unless you export or save a file yourself.
Files you export are under your control. Your employer's security, retention and information-governance rules may apply to those files.
3. Law Brief subscriptions
When you submit the Law Brief form, we collect:
- your name;
- your selected executive or professional role;
- your company name;
- your email address;
- the date and time of your consent; and
- the source of the subscription.
We use this information to maintain the subscriber list, send the OGEMEX Law Brief and related OGEMEX Index updates, operate unsubscribe requests, keep evidence of consent, prevent duplicate entries and answer questions about the subscription. The lawful basis is your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe route in a message or writing to the address above. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Paid membership and Gumroad
The £39 OGEMEX Intel + Regulatory Monitor membership is purchased, renewed and accessed through Gumroad. Gumroad processes account, payment and delivery information under its own privacy terms. Landmark Global Partners receives the customer and transaction information Gumroad makes available to sellers for fulfilling and administering the membership. Do not submit payment-card information through the Law Brief form.
To open the private dashboard, you submit the unique Gumroad licence key associated with the purchase. The Hostinger gateway sends that key and the OGEMEX product identifier to Gumroad's licence-verification service. Gumroad returns purchase and membership-status information required to decide whether access remains active. The key is encrypted inside a private server session and is not written into the public page or retained in browser storage by OGEMEX Intel.
5. Cookies, hosting and technical records
The dashboard itself does not set advertising or profiling cookies. The website host may create ordinary server security and access records when the page or subscription handler is requested. Those records may include an IP address, user agent, requested page and time of request. They are controlled under the hosting arrangements and are not used by OGEMEX Intel to build advertising profiles.
The gated portal uses a strictly necessary secure session cookie to keep a verified subscriber signed in. The cookie is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict and expires when the browser session ends. To limit repeated failed licence attempts, the gateway creates a temporary one-way hash derived from the network address and browser identifier. It does not write the raw network address to the rate-limit file, and those temporary records expire from the active window after fifteen minutes.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Information may be handled by service providers used to host the website, deliver email or administer the Gumroad membership. They receive only the information required for their service. Where a service processes personal information outside the United Kingdom, the applicable provider safeguards and UK transfer rules apply.
7. Retention
Law Brief subscriber information is kept while the subscription is active. When you unsubscribe, contact details are removed from the active distribution list. A limited suppression record may be retained where necessary to ensure that the opt-out is respected and to demonstrate compliance. Customer and transaction records are retained for the periods required for administration, accounting, tax, dispute management and legal obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Rights are not absolute in every case. Contact us first at the address above. If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Security and automated decisions
Subscriber data collected by the Hostinger form, paid dashboard, encrypted session records and login controls are held in a non-public server directory. Licence status is checked automatically to determine contractual access to the purchased digital service. It does not make a legal, employment, credit, insurance or similarly significant decision about the subscriber. Contact the OGEMEX Desk if you believe access has been refused incorrectly.
10. Changes
